The North Thompson Communities Foundation is pleased to announce that starting October 5th, the final installment of the $350 million Fund will be released by the federal government to Community Foundations of Canada so that we can continue to flow support to charities and non-profit organizations serving our most vulnerable populations.
CFC and participating community foundations will begin accepting applications on October 5, 2020. The deadline to apply is October 30, 2020. All application materials and more information on eligibility, how to apply and more will be available at this time on the CFC website: www.communityfoundations.ca. We invite you to visit the website as of next Monday (October 5th) should you be interested in submitting an application. Any organization that received funding in Round 1 may reapply providing that their request is not for the same items or project that they have already received funding for. Organizations will not receive funding if they have already been awarded a grant from the Red Cross or United Way for the same items or project.
